After the specified payment due date, payments can be made until the end of the Add-drop period. However, for payments made after the due date, a late fee charge may be paid.
There are two payment plans, either in cash or in installments. Installment payments are made only through Yapı Kredi Bank.
Payments can only be made through the systems of contracted banks. More detailed information on the payments is available in our announcement emails and on our Koç University website.

Tuition in installments is made only through Yapı Kredi Bank and is only possible if you have a Turkish ID.
Leave of absence application can be made through KUSIS. Pricing rules for leave of absence are available on the Koç University website.
Payment must be made after the Board Decision is issued.
The scholarship student is considered as continuing to use the scholarship even if you take a leave of absence. The 4-year scholarship period of scholarship students starts after the English Preparatory Class is completed.

Students who go on Exchange are required to pay the full tuition fee at Koç University, even if the number of courses taken is less than 5 courses.
It is possible for our students who want to pay from a bank account abroad, to pay by transferring to their university bank accounts. After the payment is made, the payment information form must be sent to the Financial Affairs unit at studentaccounting@ku.edu.tr. Students who are in their first 7 semesters are required to pay the full semester fee in order to choose a course. Students who are in their 8th semester will be able to pay and take courses according to the credit load they want to take, if they have less credit than their department’s credit load for the semester. (Students who are in their 8th semester and have more credit than their department’s credit load for the semester will pay the full semester fee as stated in the first article.) Students who are in the 9th and later semesters of their education will be able to pay and take courses according to the credit load they want to take, regardless of their graduation credit load.
The periods mentioned above will be taken into account after the end of the English Preparatory School (ELC) education period.
If you have courses to take after completing seven semesters, a refund can be made. You can create your requests according to the relevant topics by logging in with your

Return requests can be made by making requests to the units related to the receivables balances.

Tuition fee increases are determined and announced at the beginning of each academic year by the decision of the Board of Trustees. The rate of increase is added to the tuition fee of our students as of the year of entry.
Fees can be refunded for transactions made before the transfer and registration cancellation deadlines announced in the academic calendar.
You can send your invoices requests to studentaccounting@ku.edu.tr. Since our university is a foundation university and is exempt from corporate tax, it is not used for income tax deduction.
For the periods in which you do not choose a course it is like taking a leave of absence, so you will pay the registration freeze fee and get a refund.
For the summer semester, a maximum of 3 courses can be taken.
Family allowance discount is applied to each sibling as 5% if both siblings study at Koç University at the same time.
There are no discounts on tuition fees.
Tuition payments are not taken in person. There is no option to pay in cash.
